The Demo Checklist

We have a demo checklist. Every crew follows this strict protocol on every job site.

Phase 1: Site Assessment & Entry

  • Assess the job site conditions.
  • Locate best entry for Demo 5700 Ride-On Machine.
  • Use proper ramps for safe machine entry.
  • Be cautious of surroundings at all times.

Phase 2: Safety & Containment

  • Wear Safety Glasses, Gloves, and Dust Masks.
  • Plastic off areas to eliminate dust spread to the home.
  • Turn OFF HVAC System to prevent circulation.
  • Close and block airways to rooms not involved.
  • Open windows/doors and use fans to push dust out.

Phase 3: Completion & Clean Up

  • Clean job site continuously during removal.

  • Ensure doorways and thresholds are cut properly for install.
