AFR -Demo Guidelines
1. We have Superior technology power supply units ,Air control specialized equipment, Exclusive patented floor removal tools. Hepa-filtered dust collection vacuums, floor sanders/grinders and nationals best riding floor scrapers.
2. We know the best ways to perform the following procedures:
- Protect cabinets, furniture, walls, and flooring that cannot be removed.
- Cut transitions between different types of flooring.
- Remove waste safely.
- Remove floors correctly so as to not damage the sub-floor.
- Remove/flatten glue or mortar.
- Correctly Make sure the floor is ready for the installer’s preparation and installation.

3. We have a Demo Checklist:
- ASSESS THE JOB SITE.
- LOCATE THE BEST ENTRY FOR DEMO 5700 RIDE ON MACHINE.
- USE PROPER RAMPS FOR ENTRY OF THE MACHINE.
BE CAUTIOUS OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS AT ALL TIME . - WEAR SAFTERY GLASSES, GLOVES AND DUSK MASKS TO PREVENT INJURY AND HEALTH CONCERNS.
- PLASTIC AREAS TO ELIMINATE DUST TO AREAS OF THE HOME.
- TURN OFF HVAC SYSTEM.
- OPEN WINDOWS AND DOORS FOR VENTILATION WHERE NEEDED.
- CLOSE AND BLOCK OFF AIR WAY TO ROOMS THAT ARENT HAVING FLOORS REMOVED.
- USE FANS TO PUSH DUST OUT WINDOWS AND DOORS.
- CLEAN JOB SITE DURING THE REMOVAL
- KEEP WORK AREA SAFE (REFER TO ADVANCED FLOORING REMOVAL SAFETY GUIDLINES)
- MAKE SURE ALL DOORWAYS AND THRESHOLD AREAS ARE CUT PROPER FOR INSTALLER OR (ADVANCED FLOORING REMOVAL INSTALL TEAM)
- CLEAN DEBRI FROM UNDER DOOR CASINGS.
- SWEEP, VACCUME AND LIGHTLY DUST JOB SITE
